02What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and what you bought.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status, never your full card, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, kept in server logs for security.
03How we use it
- to process, ship and support your orders, returns and refunds;
- to send order confirmations, delivery updates and replies to your questions;
- to send our newsletter, only if you subscribed (every email has an unsubscribe option);
- to prevent fraud and keep the site secure;
- to keep invoices and records required by Indian tax and accounting law.
06How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for up to 8 years, as Indian tax law requires. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages and server logs are deleted when no longer needed, usually within 12 months.
07Keeping it safe
The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Order data is stored in an encrypted database, and only we can open it, through a password-protected admin panel. Payments happen on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout.
08Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased (except records we must keep by law). You can also withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time. Email dtyagi.main@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
09Children
Vyrelle is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's consent.
10Changes and grievances
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
